andpartnership has reaffirmed its commitment to developing the leaders of tomorrow with the appointment of our latest apprentice Olivia Bedford.
Olivia, 19, joined us in February as our apprentice business administrator. She will be combining work with study to achieve her Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration over the next 1-2 years.
The apprenticeship was made possible through a partnership with Vision West Notts College.
Olivia’s day-to-day responsibilities will involve assisting in administrative duties, including updating and maintaining databases, handling incoming calls, event scheduling and diary management. The role also involves support for wider areas such as business development, finance and marketing (including website and social media management).
Lee Morris, associate director for andpartnership, said: “Olivia has made an immediate impact here. She’s brought fresh eyes, enthusiasm and insight beyond her years to benefit our marketing, client support and office management teams.
Olivia said: “It sounds like a cliché, but it’s amazed me just how much I’ve come on as a person in such a short amount of time since I joined. The opportunities I’ve had and the things I’ve been involved in have already been incredible. Helping to prepare for the recent Achieving Peak Performance event at the Olympic Stadium has been a definite peak so far.”
