DAVE TOMKINSON MA FCIPD
David has over 25 years’ experience in the retail sector, working with blue-chip organisations and is an experienced senior manager and developer of organisations and teams. He has a passion for releasing the potential of each individual, through involvement and engagement to minimise resistance to change. He is experienced at influencing at senior levels and getting down to the practical details to ensure effective implementation and ownership within client organisations. Using his approach based on minimising resistance, he has introduced culture change programmes into two large organisations, involving initiatives such as coaching, self-managed teams and 360’ feedback, achieving dramatic business improvements. He has a Masters degree in Management and Organisational Learning, is qualified in psychometric trait, Firo-B & Myers Briggs type assessment. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
ANNE LASHMAR BSc MSc
Anne has over 30 years' experience working in UK and internationally for and with blue-chip organisations. Her client and participant focussed approach to workshop design & delivery is clear, energetic and grounded in her beliefs about human capability. Her style of warm challenge develops trust and insight hand in hand. She spots what really matters and delivers on promises, one of which is that her clients gain energised, confident people ready to tackle challenges in new ways. Her enthusiasm is infectious. She is a natural coach who instinctively develops sustainable independence by co-creatively transferring skills to clients. She also lectures for Warwick Business School.
IAN KAYE ACIPD PGC
Ian has over 15 years experience of working in General Management and Sales Directorship roles within several leading companies in the travel and leisure sector. A proven leader with a track record of success, Ian's results have always been based upon inspiring his teams and finding the motivational trigger in each individual. He is passionate about transformational leadership and helping people reach their maximum potential. Having led several remote teams both in the UK and overseas, Ian is experienced in creating a culture of ownership and responsibility where employee engagement is key. Ian has been personally involved in several change management programmes during corporate mergers and acquisitions and has seen how open and honest communication combined with a clear vision have created stronger, higher performing teams. After working with several external agencies, including andpartnership, in previous roles Ian is a unique position of understanding what businesses are looking to achieve and being able to help find the right solutions to their needs.
LEE MORRIS BA CIPD
Lee has over 15 years’ experience working as a manager, trainer, coach and consultant within various industries including local government, financial services, hospitality and professional services. He has also worked as a training consultant with organisations such as Jaguar Land Rover, KPMG and Crossrail to help implement key organisational development initiatives. He has a creative and innovative approach to designing development activities that are practical, memorable and meaningful. His delivery style has earnt him a reputation for being a truly inspiring and engaging facilitator. Above all, he is passionate about helping people to reach their full potential.
MICK ROBERTS BSc CIPD
Mick is a highly experienced learning and development professional with over 25 years in L&D, OD and HR functions. He has worked closely with executive leaders, designing and delivering numerous interventions for managers at all levels in the retail and manufacturing environments. He joined the and team at the start of 2013 prompted by his desire to work directly with leaders and their teams. He has moved from an international blue chip retailer where he has enjoyed a successful career in both field based and support office based positions covering the UK and Ireland. He has been responsible for store management development, graduate programmes and supporting large scale OD changes. He was part of a small leadership development team responsible for senior leader and executive development who were shortlisted for a HR distinction award in 2012. He is a qualified coach, MBTI and Firo-B practitioner who loves working alongside individuals to enable them to appreciate their true potential and to explore how they can be at their best. He is passionate about exceptional customer service and helping organisations stand out from the competition.
REBECCA CLARKE CIPD
Rebecca has over 20 years’ experience working in the retail sector, and has held senior leadership roles in management, consulting and business partnering across large international teams. She has worked with Arcadia, Topshop and Topman, Wilko and Kin.
Rebecca focuses on implementing inclusive, dynamic and hybrid solutions to keep up to date in our ever-changing world. She embraces challenge, seeking to identify the best interventions through bespoke products. Her passion is enabling others to be at their best, in any situation, by empowering individuals, teams and organisations to have ownership and be better than they thought they could be.
She has experience in L&D, HR, Talent Development, Coaching, Engagement, OD, Change Management, Learning Design, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion. Has a passion for Mental Health and Wellbeing.
Rebecca is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is qualified in Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI).
