Coaching for Managers

We now offer a fully blended, virtual programme for organisations who want to develop their managers in coaching style to their leadership toolkit.

Our award-winning approach aims to build a coaching culture within any organisation. We have recently delivered this programme with all line managers from Sport England. The programme is perfect if you are looking:

  • To foster a ‘coaching culture’ throughout the organisation

  • To include leaders at all levels or would look to focus on junior, middle or senior leaders.

  • For the style to be experiential and interactive with a blended methodology

  • For something that isn’t an academic or theoretical programme but one that is pragmatic and rooted in having real conversations


We offer a blended approach with ‘live’ sessions via Zoom or Teams. We maximise engagement by using pre-recorded videos, breakout rooms, polls and interactive whiteboards.

Alongside this we offer co-coaching sessions in smaller groups.

There is an option for an experiential session that involves professional actors (via our partner, REACT) who act out real life role plays to really bring the learning to life.

We also offer a suite of digital material to supplement the programme. Attracting differing learning styles we find this helps embed learning and maximise ROI. This can either be held on our website/APP or in house LMS depending on preference.

Elements included are:

  • A digital link to all models / materials used in the virtual workshops

  • Online modules covering relevant topics

  • Regular webinars to reinforce learning

  • 3-5 mins podcasts covering all major themes

  • Bespoke videos – in this case performance conversations

  • TED talks / YouTube videos with relevant content to be sent

  • Articles/white papers associated to the content for those who like to delve deeper

  • 1:1 coaching – support your key personnel by working with one of our experienced team of professional coaches.

  • Developing your own in-house coaching team – bring coaching in-house by developing your own coaching team with our advanced skills programme & supervision.

  • Mentoring – providing identified mentors with the skills they need to make mentoring schemes really deliver, for both parties.

  • Consultancy support – ‘how to’ create a coaching culture in your organisation.

  • Learn from our experiences in implementing in other organisations.

The coaching sessions for the Partners have been very successful and have really given them some time to really reflect and inquire about their chosen areas of development. All sessions have been unique to the Partner and the feedback has been great as there has been an immense amount of insight and confidence to view things in a different way.
