Leadership Development – Virtual and Face-to-Face

Wellbeing and Mental Health First Aid

We are accredited by Mental Health First Aid (England) to deliver Mental Health Aware and Mental Health First Aid courses both virtually and face-to-face.

We also deliver a range of wellbeing sessions to help leaders and their people understand our holistic approach to wellbeing which focuses on our Wheel of Wellbeing Energies.

Leading Diversity & Inclusion

We are excited to launch our new programme to help leaders ensure that equality, diversity and inclusion are at the heart of everything they do.

The programme has 2 virtual sessions of 3 hours each (this can be face-to-face if required). The sessions are:

  • D&I Leadership Essentials
  • Leading without Unconscious Bias
